Blue Ocean provides construction storm water quality services as Qualified SWPPP Practitioners and Developers for various projects, property owners, and contractors. Clarity of requirements and understanding of permit intent is important to sustainable compliance. With extensive experience in challenging site conditions, Blue Ocean is adept at collaborating with contractors and regulators alike.

Blue Ocean understands what it takes to meet requirements of the Construction General Permit (CGP) and provides designs with construction-related stormwater quality requirements in mind. Design services include the preparation of SWPPPs, managing updates, risk evaluations, and BMP design and implementation. Construction services include training contractors, inspections, sampling, reporting, and communication with the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB).

Recent challenging and high-profile projects include the Sofi Stadium at Hollywood Park in Inglewood and the Los Angeles Dodger Stadium Center Field and Circulation Improvements.
